:מדיניות ביטולים והחזרות
. ככלל הלקוח רשאי לבטל את העיסקה* בכפוף ובהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן התשמ"א 1981 ( להלן החוק: http://www.consumers.org.il/category/deal-annulment-regulations )
ניתן לבטל רכישת מוצר 14 יום מיום קבלת המוצר, הביטול יעשה אך ורק בהודעה שתשלח
בכתב ו/או בפקס ו/או באמצעות הדואר האלקטרוני ישירות אל החנות
במקרה של ביטול העיסקה יחוייב הלקוח בשיעור של 5% אך לא למעלה מ-100 ש"ח, בהתאם להוראות החוק
אם סופק המוצר ללקוח , חלה על הלקוח חובת החזרת המוצר אל החנות עצמה . מוסכם כי הלקוח יחזיר את המוצר באריזתו , שלם וללא פגיעה ו/או נזק ו/או פגם מכל מין וסוג שהוא
מוסכם בין הצדדים כי הלקוח יחוייב בתשלום מלא בגין דמי משלוח , וזאת במידה והמוצר כבר נשלח ללקוח
החנות תהא רשאית לבטל עיסקה או מכירה כולה או חלקה במקרים הבאים
- נפלה טעות קולמוס , בין אם במחיר המוצר ובין אם בתיאור המוצר
- במקרה של כוח עליון , פעולת מלחמה , איבה ,טרור ו/או כל דבר אחר אשר ימנע המשך ביצוע מכירה תקין
הודעה על ביטול המכירה תימסר לקונים בטלפון ו/או בדואר אלקטרוני לכתובת אשר צויינה בדף ההרשמה
במקרה ואזל המוצר מהמלאי לאחר שהתבצעה הזמנה, רשאית החנות לבטל את המכירה ו/או להציע מוצר חלופי שווה ערך .הודעה על ביטול כאמור תיעשה בכתב או בטלפון

1. RETURN CONDITIONS & WINDOW
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
2. SHIPPING & RESPONSIBILITY

Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Risk of Loss: Cleo Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Once a package is dispatched by the customer, it is no longer under our responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

Outbound Shipping: Once a package has been dispatched from our facility to the customer, we are not liable for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
3. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & CUSTOMS FEES (U.S. & GLOBAL)

Deduction of Customs Fees: For international returns (especially from the USA and Europe), if Cleo Jewelry is required to pay any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees to receive the returned package back into Israel, the total amount of these fees will be deducted from your final refund.

Refund Calculation: Your refund will be: [Product Price] minus [Customs/Import fees paid by us].
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings & Piercings: Due to hygiene reasons, these are Final Sale.

Custom/Personalized Jewelry: Any item with engravings or custom modifications.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will only be processed after the item has been received and inspected at our studio. If the item is lost in transit and does not reach us, no refund will be issued. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus any applicable customs deductions).
