מדיניות פרטיות זו מפרטת כיצד CLEO JEWELRY (להלן: "החנות" או "אנחנו"), המופעלת על ידי עוסק מורשה (שירז סולומון, 311280952 ) הפועלת בישראל, אוספת, משתמשת, משמרת, חושפת ומגנה על מידע אישי של לקוחותיה ומבקרי האתר, בהתאם לדרישות ה-GDPR של האיחוד האירופי וחוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי, התשמ"א-1981.

חשוב להבהיר: אנו אינם שומרים את פרטי כרטיס האשראי שלך במערכותינו. פרטי התשלום נמסרים ישירות לחברת ישראכרט, המשמשת כספקית הסליקה של החנות, ומטופלים בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות ותקני אבטחת המידע שלה.

העברות מידע לספקים בארצות הברית (כגון Shopify) מתבצעות בהתאם לסעיפים חוזיים סטנדרטיים (Standard Contractual Clauses — SCC).

7. שמירת מידע (Data Retention)

אנו שומרים את המידע האישי רק למשך הזמן הדרוש למטרות שלשמן נאסף. אנו מיישמים מדיניות שמירה דיפרנציאלית (מפוצלת), בהתאם לסוג המידע:

- מידע חשבונאי ורשומות עסקיות: יישמר למשך 7 שנים, בהתאם לדיני המס הישראלים.

- מידע על הזמנות ועסקאות: יישמר כל עוד נדרש לצרכי שירות לקוחות, אחריות ועמידה בהוראות החוק.

- מידע שיווקי (רשימת ניוזלטר): יישמר עד לביטול ההסכמה (Unsubscribe).

- פניות לקוחות: יישמרו לתקופה הנדרשת לטיפול בפנייה ולמשך סביר לאחר סגירתה.

 

לאחר תום תקופות אלו, המידע יימחק או יעבור אנונימיזציה מלאה.

 

תשומת ליבכם כי שמורה לכם הזכות לבקש בכל עת את מחיקת פרטי הקשר ממאגרינו ("הזכות להישכח"), ואנו נפעל בהתאם לבקשה בכפוף להוראות הדין.

זכויות תושבי קליפורניה

בהתאם לדין הקליפורני, תושבי קליפורניה זכאים לזכויות הבאות:

- זכות להתנגד לפרסום ממוקד (Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing): מכיוון שאיננו מוכרים או חולקים מידע לצרכי פרסום ממוקד, זכות זו אינה מופעלת בחנות זו.

- זכות להגבלת שימוש במידע רגיש (Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information): אנו אינם אוספים מידע רגיש כהגדרתו בדין הקליפורני.

- זכות לאי-אפליה (Right to Non-Discrimination): לא נפלה אותך בשל מימוש זכויותיך.

 

מימוש הזכויות: לצורך מימוש כל אחת מהזכויות הנ"ל, ניתן לפנות אלינו בכתב לכתובת: cleo.jewellry.design@gmail.com. נשיב לפנייתך בתוך 45 ימים מקבלת הבקשה, כנדרש על פי הדין הקליפורני. במקרים מורכבים ניתן להאריך את המועד ב-45 ימים נוספים, עם מתן הודעה מראש.

 

ייפוי כוח (Authorized Agent): ניתן להגיש בקשה באמצעות מורשה מטעמך, בצירוף הוכחה בכתב לסמכותו לפעול בשמך.

10. פרטיות קטינים (Children's Privacy)

שירותי החנות אינם מיועדים לקטינים מתחת לגיל 18. ביצוע רכישה באתר מהווה הצהרה של הרוכש/ת כי הינו/ה בגיר/ה (מעל גיל 18) או כי הרכישה נעשית בידיעת הורה או אפוטרופוס ובהסכמתו/ה. אנו אינם אוספים ביודעין מידע מקטינים.

11. עוגיות (Cookies) וטכנולוגיות מעקב

האתר מופעל על גבי פלטפורמת Shopify, המשתמשת בעוגיות (Cookies) חיוניות לצורך תפעול תקין של האתר, ניהול עגלת הקניות, אבטחת חיבורים ומניעת הונאות. שימוש זה אינו מחייב את הסכמתך, שכן הוא נדרש לתפעול הבסיסי של השירות.

HFD (Domestic Shipping)	The delivery provider for Israel. Name, address, and phone number are transferred for the purpose of executing the delivery.
Israel Post (International Shipping)	The international delivery provider. Name, address, and phone number are transferred for the purpose of executing the delivery.
Newsletter Provider (Recognized Provider)	Management of the mailing list and sending marketing updates — by consent only.
Google (Gmail)	The electronic mailbox used for managing customer inquiries and documenting correspondence.
Competent Authorities	In the event of a legal obligation — pursuant to a judicial order or regulatory instruction, subject to the provisions of the law.

6. International Data Transfers

The Shop operates in Israel. We use the services of international providers (Shopify, Google) which may store information on servers in the United States and other countries.

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA): The European Commission has determined that the State of Israel provides an adequate level of protection for personal data (Adequacy Decision). This means that information may be transferred from the European Union to Israel without the need for additional legal procedures.

Data transfers to providers in the United States (such as Shopify) are carried out in accordance with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We implement a differential (segmented) retention policy, according to the type of information:

• Accounting information and business records: Will be retained for 7 years, in accordance with Israeli tax laws.

• Order and transaction information: Will be retained as long as required for customer service purposes, warranties, and compliance with legal provisions.

• Marketing information (Newsletter list): Will be retained until consent is withdrawn (Unsubscribe).

• Customer inquiries: Will be retained for the period required to handle the inquiry and for a reasonable duration after its closure.

Upon the expiration of these periods, the information will be deleted or fully anonymized.
